Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use this service. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Adult Content

This platform hosts adult (NSFW) content created and published by creators. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is explicit, sexual, or otherwise intended for mature audiences only.

Creator Eligibility

To become a creator on MGS, you must apply and be approved. You must provide valid identification and verify your age (18+). You are responsible for ensuring all content you publish complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

Revenue Split

Creators receive 95% of all revenue generated from their content. The remaining 5% is split between charitable donations (2.5%, with charities voted on by the creator community) and platform operations (2.5%).

Payouts

Creator payouts are processed according to the payout schedule outlined in your creator dashboard. MGS reserves the right to withhold payouts if there is suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

Account Creation

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Email Verification

You must verify your email address before using the service. Failure to maintain a valid email address may result in loss of access to your account.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a creator, you agree to recurring charges at the interval and price set by that creator. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing period.

Purchases

Pay-per-view content, tips, and store purchases are one-time transactions and are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Prohibited Content

You may not publish or distribute content that:

• ●Depicts or appears to depict minors in any way
• ●Depicts non-consensual acts or violence
• ●Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• ●Infringes on intellectual property rights
• ●Impersonates real individuals without consent
• ●Contains illegal content in your jurisdiction

Account Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account that violates these acceptable use policies. Pending payouts may be withheld for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

Creator Content

Creators retain full ownership of content they publish on MGS. By publishing content, you grant MGS a limited license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content as necessary to operate the Platform.

User Content

Users may not copy, redistribute, or re-sell any creator content accessed through the Platform without the creator's explicit written permission.

Service “As Is”

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific revenue outcomes for creators, or the behavior of other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Goon Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
